UCI Grad Student Identity Theft Case
UPDATE 6-18-2010: A settlement hearing will be held on July 8, 2010.
A class action (this is latest version) has been filed against United Healthcare Group which permitted identity theft to be committed against more than 1,000 University of California Irvine graduate students. If you were victimized by this identity theft, look to receive an important legal notice from the Superior Court in late July or early August 2010. It will discuss your rights to monetary compensation and how to submit a Claim Form for maximum compensation. Failure to respond will decrease your compensation.
