Update December 2017.  Claims on behalf of many borrowers from Cash Yes or Cash Jar have been resolved.

Update February 2016.  The federal court has certified a class action against Money Mutual and related companies and persons.  Anyone who used Money Mutual or another affiliated website to obtain a loan from certain companies may be a member of the class and entitled to monetary compensation if the lawsuit is successful.  You can read the court order here.
